I am devoted to helping you unlock your creative power to bring your purpose to life. I’m a Licensed Jungian, Leadership, and Energy Coach with two decades of leading change in corporate and non-profits. I combine depth coaching, intuition, and strategy to help women move quickly into living their true calling and leadership.

Over my 25± year career, I’ve simultaneously climbed the corporate ladder while studying coaching, consciousness, dreamwork, meditation, and nature-based spirituality. I’ve learned the hard way that achievement alone is not the key to life’s joy and purpose. When I was most passionately pursuing what I thought was my purpose, I also suffered from workaholism, chronic back pain, and a distorted view of my own gifts and worth. Through deep inner work, twenty years of meditation, and expert coaching and spiritual apprenticeship, I have unwound the underlying agreements, stories, and patterning that kept me in pleasure-starved achievement mode.

While I’m certified in many kinds of coaching, it’s this life experience that allows me to understand your struggles on a deep level.
